- Meets:Monthly on the Wednesday one week prior to the Nova Board of Directors meeting from 5:00 - 6:30 PM via Zoom (https://zoom.us/j/93018194983)
- Work:Monitors monthly financials, tracks budget to actuals, oversees monthly expenditures, reviews annual audit results, and evaluates financial decisions to recommend to the Board of Directors.
